Seaport Security

The International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code came into effect worldwide in 2004 and prescribes the level of security to be adopted by ships and port facilities internationally. Such security measures take into account the type of ship and nature of cargo handled by any given port in an effort to protect critical transport infrastructure and the overall supply chain from the theat of terrorism.

The following Pre-Arrival Form is required to be completed 48 hours prior to arrival in Bermuda Waters by all SOLAS vessels to which the ISPS Code applies. Please download and complete the form found at the link below:
